We chose to go with Modern Vision Remodeling Experts and are very pleased with the outcome. We started this bathroom renovation because of a cracked tub and a toilet in need of replacement. Because this was a 100+ year old home with galvanized pipes, we ended up doing a complete re-plumb and adding both a hot water heater and water softener to keep our appliances in top condition. Although this project went beyond the original scope, we feel the job was done professionally and in a timely manner. Elly has excellent customer service skills and goes the extra mile for his clients. We would definitely recommend!

After getting several bids, I hired Elly to smooth and paint all the walls in a two bedroom two bath condo.Elly was very personable and really seemed to know what he was doing. The work was completed in a timely manner and Elly did an excellent job of keeping me up-to-date almost each day on the progress.The day after the job was complete and I had signed off on the job, I noticed a couple of issues that I had missed when we went over the final punchlist. I reached out to Elly who immediately responded to address the items I had missed. He put a worker at the condo within an hour after we talked. Finally, he even came over at 9 o'clock that night after the worker left to make sure everything was right.Overall the job was excellent and I would recommend the company for contract work

Elly from Modern Vision Remodeling was a delight to work with! We started our research for a kitchen remodel, and started with Lowes which ended up being a nightmare. Elly came to our rescue. He found the cabinets we were looking for and handled all the arrangements from demolition to install of new cabinets and quartz countertops. They also took care of all the little things like laying down heavy paper to protect our floors to surrounding our kitchen with plastic to minimize the dust. The best part was the communication! Elly was in touch almost daily to keep us posted on timelines. We definitely recommend working with them, you won’t be disappointed!

We were first time remodel newbies so were not sure what to expect taking on this project. We received several bids to remodel our kitchen and hall bathroom. Modern Vision was not the lowest or highest bid that we received but we really liked Elly and his approach in reviewing the project with us. Over a handful of meetings, he did a great job ensuring that both my husband's and my ideas were taken into account. In fact the first meeting requirement was for both of us to be present which we really appreciated.Once we committed the project to Modern Vision, Elly was very helpful in detailing project requirements and timelines. He was very realistic with us in both budget and timing expectations and helped with some design decisions based on his experience and safety knowledge. He was very patient with us as we sorted through all of the details and gathered all of the materials needed to start construction. The finished product for both the kitchen and bathroom exceed our expectations. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Modern Vision, Elly and his team did an outstanding job.
