This house was built in 1953. This was our family home, needless to say it needed a lot of renovating. We wanted everything done by the book and we wanted permits pulled. Modern Vision Remodeling did an excellent job. Elly made sure that everything was done to perfection, we communicated almost daily. We did walk throughs at the end of every project so we could discuss what and how things were done asking us if we had any questions or concerns. This house was stripped down to the bones. We needed new windows, new doors, new sewer line from the house to the street, new electrical, new ac ducts. Everything had to be replaced I was in tears because I had no idea what we needed. Elly said, don’t worry I will help you, which was a relief. Elly went above and beyond. It was difficult for us to make the changes because everything done in the house was done by our father. Change was hard but, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the end results. We asked for business cards so we could pass along to friends and family. Highly recommend this company. Our property manager was so impressed with the work he asked for his business card. We received compliments from everyone that made deliveries to the house. Thank you Modern Vision Remodeling for making our dream come true.

Never took on a big bathroom remodel but the contractor Elly made the job easy from design to completion. Very organized company with attention to detail. Great communication and the contractor made it a point to come out to the job site on a regular basis to check on the work quality. He answered questions quickly and took care of any concerns. His team was professional and courteous.
