Elly from Modern Vision Remodeling was a delight to work with! We started our research for a kitchen remodel, and started with Lowes which ended up being a nightmare. Elly came to our rescue.
He found the cabinets we were looking for and handled all the arrangements from demolition to install of new cabinets and quartz countertops. They also took care of all the little things like laying down heavy paper to protect our floors to surrounding our kitchen with plastic to minimize the dust.
The best part was the communication! Elly was in touch almost daily to keep us posted on timelines. We definitely recommend working with them, you won’t be disappointed!

We were first time remodel newbies so were not sure what to expect taking on this project. We received several bids to remodel our kitchen and hall bathroom. Modern Vision was not the lowest or highest bid that we received but we really liked Elly and his approach in reviewing the project with us. Over a handful of meetings, he did a great job ensuring that both my husband’s and my ideas were taken into account. In fact the first meeting requirement was for both of us to be present which we really appreciated.
Once we committed the project to Modern Vision, Elly was very helpful in detailing project requirements and timelines. He was very realistic with us in both budget and timing expectations and helped with some design decisions based on his experience and safety knowledge. He was very patient with us as we sorted through all of the details and gathered all of the materials needed to start construction. After getting several bids, I hired Elly to smooth and paint all the walls in a two bedroom two bath condo.
Elly was very personable and really seemed to know what he was doing. The work was completed in a timely manner and Elly did an excellent job of keeping me up-to-date almost each day on the progress.
The day after the job was complete and I had signed off on the job, I noticed a couple of issues that I had missed when we went over the final punchlist. I reached out to Elly who immediately responded to address the items I had missed. He put a worker at the condo within an hour after we talked. Finally, he even came over at 9 o'clock that night after the worker left to make sure everything was right.

Elly was project manager for our bathroom remodel, updating a 1970's bath to 2022. We were very pleased with how the work progressed, with Elly keeping us up to date on each step, as well as with the final product. We would utilize Elly for any future work and would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone considering future remodeling work.
We chose to go with Modern Vision Remodeling Experts and are very pleased with the outcome. We started this bathroom renovation because of a cracked tub and a toilet in need of replacement. Because this was a 100+ year old home with galvanized pipes, we ended up doing a complete re-plumb and adding both a hot water heater and water softener to keep our appliances in top condition. Although this project went beyond the original scope, we feel the job was done professionally and in a timely manner. Elly has excellent customer service skills and goes the extra mile for his clients. We would definitely recommend!

This house was built in 1953. This was our family home, needless to say it needed a lot of renovating. We wanted everything done by the book and we wanted permits pulled. Modern Vision Remodeling did an excellent job. Elly made sure that everything was done to perfection, we communicated almost daily. We did walk throughs at the end of every project so we could discuss what and how things were done asking us if we had any questions or concerns. This house was stripped down to the bones. We needed new windows, new doors, new sewer line from the house to the street, new electrical, new ac ducts. Everything had to be replaced I was in tears because I had no idea what we needed. Elly said, don’t worry I will help you, which was a relief. Elly went above and beyond. It was difficult for us to make the changes because everything done in the house was done by our father. Change was hard but, we couldn’t have been more pleased with the end results. We asked for business cards so we could pass along to friends and family. Highly recommend this company. Our property manager was so impressed with the work he asked for his business card. We received compliments from everyone that made deliveries to the house. Thank you Modern Vision Remodeling for making our dream come true.
Never took on a big bathroom remodel but the contractor Elly made the job easy from design to completion. Very organized company with attention to detail. Great communication and the contractor made it a point to come out to the job site on a regular basis to check on the work quality. He answered questions quickly and took care of any concerns. His team was professional and courteous.
